How it works?

1. Onboarding  


You upload your firm's slide deck templates and any custom branding guidelines into an AWS storage bucket which is fully controlled by you.

2. Layout Extraction  


Our algorithm will extract various layouts out of the uploaded templates, adding them to your bucket with appropriate names. This bucket can be accessed only by you.

3. Deck Creation 


Whenever you want to create a deck based on a given data, our AI first creates an outline for the deck, then uses an algorithm to find appropriate layouts for each slide out of your bucket and auto-fills the input data at appropriate places in the layout including images, charts (readily editable in Think-Cell), mind maps, SmartArt and other advanced interactive elements.

4. Advanced Customization  


Once the first draft of deck is ready, you can readily export it to Excel/Google Slides and customize it further using advanced features like - Custom Images/Charts/SmartArt insertion, Auto-Adaptation of any layout to your firm's branding guidelines, Slide layout auto-swapping, Slide alternative layout suggester, Dynamic slide updation by using variables in PowerPoint/Google Slides and more..

We employ advanced encryption protocols to ensure security and confidentiality throughout data processing. We utilize secure communication channels and follow industry best practices for data transfer, implementing encryption and secure APIs to protect data integrity during transit. Except the templates you upload while setup, we do not store any of your data and delete it from our servers immediately after sending it to the client side as output.

Yes, ConsultoMate AI adheres to all relevant data protection regulations, such as GDPR, and we & our partners continuously monitor and update our practices to align with evolving compliance requirements.

You retain ownership of all your data, and it will not be used to train any AI model or for personal gain. Except the templates you upload while setup, we do not store any of your data with us. We use OpenAI as our AI partner. Once verified to be abuse-free (within a maximum of 30 days), your data is deleted from all their servers as well, unless legally mandated.
